Ms. Aenna Jagga, aged 38 years, holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a B.E. (Civil) and has over fifteen (15) years of experience in the oil and gas and allied sectors. She currently serves as Head of Business Development at Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited and is responsible for strategic planning, market analysis, and business expansion initiatives. In her role, she focuses on non-containerized business segments within the port sector, including identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships and navigating complex regulatory frameworks. She has diversified experience across industries, including oil and gas, retail, engineering, and EPC, with a track record in driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

Mr. Rohil Vashist, aged 44 years, holds a BSL and LLB degree from Indian Law Society’s Law College, Pune having over 19 years of experience in legal domain. He joined Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) in January 2022 and currently heads the legal function, overseeing domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, arbitration and litigation strategy, policy advocacy, and corporate advisory across the Company’s ports, marine services, warehousing, SEZ and logistics businesses. Prior to joining APSEZ, he was a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, New Delhi, and was part of the general corporate practice group, advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, private equity transactions, and corporate governance matters.

Ms. Dipti Shah, aged 65 years, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and brings over 30 years of rich and diverse experience in secretarial practice. She serves as an Independent Director and has extensive exposure to corporate and allied law compliances across multiple entities. Her areas of expertise include corporate governance, regulatory and statutory compliances, and advisory on legal and secretarial matters, with a strong focus on ensuring adherence to applicable laws and best governance practices.

Mr. Dinesh Birla, aged 63 years, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with over 35 years of rich experience in finance and accounts. He has worked with large corporates across diverse sectors such as textiles, chemicals, and infrastructure, and possesses extensive expertise in handling both Direct and Indirect Taxation. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing effective processes and systems across various accounting and financial management functions, contributing to strengthened financial controls and operational efficiency.
